The living room has a marble floor, with rugs for extra comfort, and three sofas to fit in all your guests. One of the sofas is a very comfortable full sized double sofa- bed with thick mattress so can accommodate two extra adultsIt has a flat screen TV complete with DVD, CD, and Video player (there are many family videos and books for your leisure.) There is Sat TV. The balcony adjoins the main living room and has marbled flooring. The balcony is accessible through large glass sliding doors and is a most pleasant place to be for a glass of wine late in the evening. The main bedroom is very large and has fitted carpets and lots of wardrobe space along with a lit dressing/ make-up area. The other bedroom is also a very good size and is fitted with two single beds and carpeted throughout.  Sheets, quilts and white bath towels are all in the apartment. All you need to bring is the beach towels. Heating is throughout for those colder nights during the winter and fans for the hotter nights. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and of course a bidet.

Walking distance to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets will take you around 12 minutes, there is a bus stop very close to the urbanisation that runs on a regular basis if you do not wish to bring a car, everywhere is very flat so it makes it easy to walk, there is a good taxi service on the port which is very close to the apartment if you wish to venture further out. The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. The apartment is located on one of the best beaches in Estepona, very shallow water so it is safe for young children, walking distance to the port, shops, bars and restaurants will take you around 12 minutes, if you wish to walk into the town centre this will take you about 30 minutes along the lovely promenade, there are several beach bars along the full stretch of Estepona with a good choice of food. In Estepona there are many activities throughout the year, concerts in the Bullring, fair grounds, one is in June and the larger fair ground is in July, sand sculpting on the beach and concerts through the summer months, in the main town centre there is a free brass band concert with dancing in the square, Selwo wild life park which is a 15 minute drive from the property, water parks and many more things going on all the time.
