The apartment has 70 m2 built, plus 50 m2 terrace. It is a fifth floor, the penthouse of the building so you can get sun all the day from 11:00 or 12:00 am onwards. There are a lot of parking outside the building. The complex has communal pool and it is walking distance of shops, restaurants, playground and beach. It is 500 metres from Puerto de La Duquesa and Golf La Duquesa, very famous. his is our first apartment in Sabinillas. This is a brand new 1 bed 1 bath apartment located right  in the centre of the old town of Sabinillas and just 2 mins stroll from the long sandy beach. This clean and modern apartment is nicely furnished throughout and has a large sunny balcony. There is a playground for children just before you go onto the beach.
