PUERTO ESTEPONA
Puerto Estepona has lovely views over the old port of Estepona and far out across the sea towards Africa. The large ‘L’ shaped swimming pool is right in the front overlooking the expensive yachts and the traditional colourful fishing boats. Here you can sit and watch the fishermen come and go with their daily catches, which will be available in the restaurants on that very same evening. The well maintained swimming pool is cleaned and checked every day (except Sundays). You will have excellent access to the port and it’s numerous restaurants and bars and you also have very good access to the beaches. Playa del Cristo is just a 3 min walk around the front and in the other direction you have Rada beach. Both of these beaches are Blue Ribbon Award holders for the last ten years, and you are nicely positioned to choose either one. The gardens are beautiful and are always full of colour no matter what season.
Puerto Estepona apartments were built approximately 11 years ago to a very high standard This is a very popular development. They have fully fitted modern kitchens with washing machines, cookers and fridge freezers and even a dish washer in the Penthouse. The bathrooms have a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin and have of course a bidet. The bedrooms are well furnished and have fitted wardrobes. Although people still seem to prefer to bring their own linen, sheets and quilts are in the apartments. Heating is throughout for those colder nights during the winter. Air conditioning is available for a slight extra charge. We have three lovely apartments available. The 2 bedroom front line apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea and port. The other apartments have a large terrace with partial sea view.
We have local agents that look after the upkeep of the apartments. They are at hand to solve any utility problems that might suddenly arise, or lost keys! They also ensure that the apartment is clean before your holiday starts and after you leave they come and do the ‘final’ clearing up. The “communidad of properties” do have a number of rules that should be adhered to wherever possible, like towels over balconies (frowned upon), as this all helps to maintain the very high standard of the apartments.
