The Largest swimming Pool in Estepona
Kia Aldi has the largest swimming pool in Estepona which has just benefited from a very expensive refit so it is in tip-top condition. There are Tennis Courts, looking brand new after their resurfacing upgrade, and perhaps more importantly, a Club Bar close to the pool and open in the high season. These apartments have good views over the bay and you can walk to the port (10 mins) either across the beach, which is the longer route, or stroll along the tree line pavement which is just outside of the apartments. Once in the port you’ll have a great selection of restaurants and bars to choose from. If you walk past the port you will then be heading into Estepona town (25mins), which also has a great selection of Tapas bars and restaurants. The local buses run every half hour and will take you into the main bus terminus. Here or at the Tourist Office you can book trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Ronda (try the narrow gauge railway trip) or Granada to name but a few. A short stroll will take you from the pool and gardens down to the beach of Playa de Cristo (5 mins). Try the 1st beach bar for lunch. It’s really very good.
Kia Aldi was one of the 1st developments to be built in Estepona and is located on the hillside overlooking the Playa de Cristo. They apartments have fully fitted kitchens with washing machines, cookers and fridge freezers. The bathrooms have a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin. The bedrooms are well appointed with fitted wardrobes. Although people still seem to prefer to bring their own linen, sheets and quilts are in the apartments. Heating is available for those colder nights during the winter. The gardens are beautiful and are always full of colour no matter what season.
We have local agents that look after the upkeep of the apartments. They are at hand to solve any utility problems that might suddenly arise, or lost keys! They also ensure that the apartment is clean before your holiday starts and after you leave they come and do the ‘final’ clearing up. The “communidad of properties” do have a number of rules that should be adhered to wherever possible, like towels over balconies (frowned upon), as this all helps to maintain the very high standard of the apartments.
