El Pinacho
El Pinacho overlooks the harbour, and has views out to sea. It is nestled in between Marina Bay and has an unusual feature of a swimming pool positioned right up on the roof. This is a very well kept prestigious small building built in the Moorish Style and is keep well painted in the traditional orca yellow and white.
Marble tiles are a feature and can be seen lavished on the interior. It is set up on the top of the port and from the front you can just sit and watch the yachts and the colourful fishing boats just come and go. If you want to go to the Port it is just a 5 min stroll along a pavement lined with flowers and palm trees .This runs directly from outside of the apartments and takes you right to the entrance of the Port. The gardens are beautiful and you can will be full of aroma and vivid colours throughout all the seasons. The swimming pool is on the roof. This is keep in top condition and is cleaned and checked everyday (except Sunday). A few steps (quite steep) will take you from the developments gardens down to the Playa de Cristo beach which has been awarded the Blue Ribbon for the last ten years.
El Pinacho is a quality development that was built approximately 15 years ago to a very high standard. The apartments have fully fitted modern kitchens with washing machines, cookers and fridge freezers. The lounge has TV, although not Satellite yet. The bathrooms have marble floors, a bath/shower, toilet and wash basin and have of course a bidet. The bedrooms are well appointed with fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds. Clean linen is provided so there is no need to pack the sheets. Heating is throughout for those colder nights during the winter and cool air is available for the hotter nights. We have two apartments available.
Playa de Cristo beach and Rada (Blue Ribbon Beaches)
We have local agents that look after the upkeep of the apartments. They are at hand to solve any utility problems that might suddenly arise, or lost keys! They also ensure that the apartment is clean before your holiday starts and after you leave they come and do the ‘final’ clearing up. The “communidad of properties” do have a number of rules that should be adhered to wherever possible, like towels over balconies (frowned upon), as this all helps to maintain the very high standard of the apartments.
