Playa De Cristo, El Faro close to the Marina of Estepona
El Faro has wonderful views over the old port of Estepona and is the closest apartment building to the town itself. The Rada beach, which has won the Blue Ribbon award for 10 years, is a just a walk down a few steps, and here you can relax at one of the beach bars or even go for a swim! A 1 min walk in the other direction brings you right into the Port where you can dine at any one of numerous good restaurants, or perhaps take a late drink and listen to the live music at one of the local bars. In the evening you can also stroll down along the promenade and walk into Estepona Town. A visit to the Orange Square for ice creams is a must, and then maybe stop at a beach bar on the way back just to watch the moon over the sea. The Playa de Cristo beach is a little further away and is probably a good 8 min walk across the port, but is well worth the effort. The apartment gardens are very well kept and are always full of colour no matter what season. The swimming pool is cleaned and checked everyday (except Sunday) so is always in top condition.
El Rada Promenade and El Faro Swimming Pool
El Faro apartments were built approximately 3 years ago to a very high standard. They have fully fitted modern kitchens with washing machines, cookers and fridge freezers. The bathrooms have a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin and have of course a bidet (no lizards we hope). The bedrooms are well appointed with fitted wardrobes. Although people still seem to prefer to bring their own linen, sheets and quilts are in the apartments. Heating is throughout for those colder nights during the winter and cool air is available for the hotter nights. There is also an entry phone system to apartments. We have two apartments available.

We have local agents that look after the upkeep of the apartments. They are at hand to solve any utility problems that might suddenly arise, or lost keys! They also ensure that the apartment is clean before your holiday starts and after you leave they come and do the ‘final’ clearing up. The “communidad of properties” do have a number of rules that should be adhered to wherever possible, like towels over balconies (frowned upon), as this all helps to maintain the very high standard of the apartments.
