El Coral
El Coral is superb. Perched on the beach front these brand new apartments are simply over the top. A polished black courtyard. Then through the arched marbled entrance. You are now on the inside of the apartment block, but it’s a garden with waterfalls. The apartments are built around a courtyard garden! That’s all there is in the middle. Gardens and waterfalls. Then take one of the panoramic lifts that travel up on the inside of the courtyard with views over the plants. Then there is the pool set in the most beautiful gardens at the front of the building right next to the sea. A nice touch is that when you’re in the pool, because it overflows to the south, you will feel as though you’re actually in the sea. Wonderful, and it is cleaned and checked everyday (except Sunday) so it stays in top condition. A few steps down to the private beach entrance and you’re on the Playa de Cristo (see below). You can walk to the Port across the beach passing the two beach bars or even stop at the bars for a little light refreshment or two. The food here is most excellent. The port is only a 10 min walk whichever route you take, either by beach or along the tree lined pavement. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants here and the fish is excellent, straight off the fishing boats at 4am. If you’re still up watch them land the catch. The main entrance has coded security gates which keeps the development private. There is also a telephone entry phone system to each apartment block for added security and privacy. There is also a private Gym and a children's room. Rada beach is on the other side of the Port and would take you 15 mins at the most to walk there.

The apartments are clean, nicely furnished and well decorated. They have fully fitted modern kitchens fitted with washing machines, cookers, fridge freezers, micro-waves and as you would expect a kettle and toaster. Marble flooring, and Satellite TV has arrived. The balconies adjoin the main living rooms and they have marbled flooring and are accessible through large glass sliding doors. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and comfortable bed. Clean sheets and quilts are all in the apartment. The modern bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and of course a bidet.

We have local agents that look after the upkeep of the apartments. They are at hand to solve any utility problems that might suddenly arise, or lost keys! They also ensure that the apartment is clean before your holiday starts and after you leave they come and do the ‘final’ clearing up. The “communidad of properties” do have a number of rules that should be adhered to wherever possible, like towels over balconies (frowned upon), as this all helps to maintain the very high standard of the apartments.
