They also ensure that the apartment is clean before your holiday starts and after you leave they come and do the ‘final’ clearing up. The “communidad of properties” do have a number of rules that should be adhered to wherever possible, like towels over balconies (frowned upon), as this all helps to maintain the very high standard of the apartments.
