Andalucia now boasts nearly 60 Golf courses and with 38 of those
located on the Costa del Sol it has earned the name of Costa del Golf. The area
has an excellent climate and many hours of sunshine that attract golfing
enthusiasts and professionals from all over the world to the Golfing capital of
Europe.
With views extending out across the Mediterranean Gibraltar and North Africa
it's easy to see why the PGA arrived at the decision to host the Ryder Cup,
Volvo Masters and major European Championship events on this strech of the
coast.
Everyone is welcome to play on these courses from novice to professional
including the world famous Valderrama Golf Club if you can afford it.
